Description

The purpose of this procedure is the admission of the Economic Operators to the SDA for the supply of pharmaceuticals and blood products for hospital consumption, direct distribution and on behalf of and for the related services for the Aziende del Servizio Sanitario Regionale (Regional Health Service Companies) as per art. 3 paragraph 1 letter a) of Regional Law n. 19 of 6 August 2007 as amended and supplemented (tender 95-2021). The supply may also be destined to the Health Service Companies of other Regions whose needs will be specified in the context of the individual specific tenders.
The procedure in question envisages a two-stage process: the first stage starts with the publication of this notice, to which the Economic Operators may apply for admission, and the second stage envisages the launch of individual Specific Tenders for the entire duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System, in whose letter of invitation the quantities and maximum expendable value of the individual lots will be specified in detail each time, as well as any additional regions to which the supply may be addressed and any other information necessary for participation. Only those tenderers who have been admitted to the SDA by the date of dispatch of the letter of invitation shall be invited to participate in the single specific tenders. Economic Operators interested in receiving an invitation to participate in the first specific tender must submit the documentation required for admission to the System no later than Thursday 27 January 2022 at 12:00 noon.
