An information session is scheduled for August 27, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
The purpose of the information session is to provide additional information on the needs to be met and to answer questions from SUBMITTERS on any aspect of the RFP. If additional information or details are provided, they must be the subject of an Addendum.
Participation
Any Person interested in bidding is invited to the information session offered by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION. Failure to participate shall not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a SUBMISSIONER or SERVICE PROVIDER. Each SUBMISSIONER is responsible for sending a representative to this meeting. In addition, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION assumes no responsibility for SUBMITTERS who did not attend the information session with respect to any information that may have been provided during the information session.
