Description
A public body has received funding from an aid funded business for a social programme. It is proposed to use a part of the funds to contract civil works.
The object of the tender is the conservation, restoration and comprehensive modernization of the Central Building of the District 100 Project, located on the Peña Campus of ESPOL, in Guayaquil.
The works include:
• the restoration of facades
• the structural reinforcement of foundations, columns and concrete slabs
• the renovation of the electrical, hydrosanitary, air conditioning and security systems
• obtaining an EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification
The expected period for the execution of the works is 16 months.
