This publication, from a number of participants in the talent region, concerns the setting up of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). The DAS came into effect on 8.10.2018. The tender documents were then available on www.talentenregiohuurtin.nl and on Negometrix. From now on, the tender documents are available on www.talentenregiohuurtin.nl and on CTMsolution. Publication on Tenderned and TED number 2018/S 172-390720 has been corrected due to the change from Negometrix to CTMsolution.
This announcement contains the description of the procedure followed by a number of participants in the Talent Region to set up the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) concerning the temporary hiring of external personnel on the basis of a best effort obligation (and therefore not for consultancy/result assignments). See www.talentenregiohuurtin.nlHet DAS offers the possibility to compete every time a request for quotation is placed in your field(s) of expertise. Entrepreneurs (both companies and self-employed persons) are invited to respond to these requests for quotations. The DAS is set up for an indefinite period of time. If this DPS is terminated, this will be communicated in good time. The effective date was 8.10.2018.
