in the climate learning project for future-proof SMEs in Berlin's skilled trades sector
Since January 2023, the Institute for Business Education Research (IBBF) has been working on the project "Climate learning for future-oriented SMEs in Berlin's skilled trades" (Klimalernen Handwerk), which is funded by the Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination.
The climate crisis and scarcity of resources require the establishment of renewable energies and knowledge of resource-saving, circular energy production and use with increasing urgency. The project aims to develop and test urgently needed information and qualification offers along the educational chain from the promotion of young talent or career orientation, training and further education to the validation of existing skills. This pursues several objectives: Counteracting the shortage of skilled workers by developing offers along the education chain, advancing Berlin's transformation into a climate-neutral city and supporting SMEs in developing their own future prospects in terms of strategic skilled worker development and planning.

Requirements for the contractor
The services are to be provided in the period between September 3, 2024 and September 31, 2024.
Interested companies are invited to submit their offer by 02.09.2024. The offer should include a detailed description of the planned measures, a cost breakdown and a timetable. Bidder discussions will be held with interested persons or organizations from now until 02.09.2024.
